Terms of Use of the Portal

  1. Identifying Information

XPND TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., with registered office at Av. Santa Rosa dels Pins, 99, 08358 Arenys de Munt (Barcelona), and NIF B13919741, registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona, volume 48,849, folio 153, sheet B-598.478 (hereinafter, "AURAX"), is the owner of the portal https://aurax.tech (hereinafter, the "Portal") and makes it available to internet users for the purpose of providing information about its product.   1. Use of the Portal

Access to and/or use of the Portal grants the status of user, who accepts, from the moment of such access and/or use, these terms of use (hereinafter, the "Terms of Use"). The Portal provides access to information or data (hereinafter, the "Contents") on the internet belonging to AURAX or its licensors, which the user may access. The user accepts that the use of the Portal and its Contents is carried out under their sole and exclusive responsibility.

  1. Intellectual and Industrial Property

AURAX, either by itself or as an assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights to its Portal, as well as to the Contents (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software, texts, trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.). The reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including its modality of making available, of all or part of the Contents of the Portal for commercial purposes, in any format and by any technical means, without the authorization of AURAX, are expressly prohibited. The user agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by AURAX. No link to the Portal may be established from any other website without the prior express consent of AURAX.

  1. Modifications to the Terms of Use

AURAX may modify these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice, as well as any specific conditions that may be included, by publishing such modifications on the Portal so that users can be aware of them. Likewise, AURAX reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to its Portal without prior notice, being able to change, remove, or add Contents presented or located on its Portal.

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
